Management Improvement

Launched in September 2017 by the famous florentine Chef Fabio Picchi, C.BIO – Italian Good and Honest Food, is a supermarket / boutique located in the heart of Sant’Ambrogio area in Florence.

LAMA firstly developed the web identity of the Picchi-Cibreo brand, giving life to a new website dedicated to all the entrepreneurial initiatives connected to such brand (Cibreo, Cibreino, Cibreo Coffee, Teatro del Sale and Ciblèo). Second, Lama provided coaching and strategic consultancy for the design and implementation of the C.BIO retail.

Specifically, LAMA supported the setting up of the entire technological infrastructure, including scales, cash boxes, digital labels, website, social networks, B2C e-commerce app and business intelligence tools.
